Q3. WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNT FROM YOUR AUDIENCE FEEDBACK?
Audience feedback is very important for any type of publicly viewed production because it allows the developers and production team to hear different point of views or opinions on the project. In the case of the 'Doppelgänger' we distributed the film through YouTube and had a public screening in my college in order to get a live feedback from the audience. We also handed out questionnaires in order gather qualitative feedback from the audience. For the individuals who were absent at the film screening, they were able to watch the film from our YouTube channel and leave comments letting us know how they felt about the film. Along with feedback gained from the audience, we also had structured interviews with the actors in the film. In addition to the interviews we also got a textual response through the Whatsapp app from our lead actress Monique Day.
Live Screening
Here are some questionnaire responses taken from the live screening:
The questionnaire was created using a survey creator website by the name of 'Survey Nuts'. The questionnaire consisted of 10 questions. 7 of the questions were quantitive, using multiple choice and the other 3 were qualitative which was aimed to gather peoples personal opinion on different aspects of the film.
We also received feedback from individuals who were unable to attend the screening via YouTube
